Christ Central Church Bridgwater

Safeguarding

Our commitment

At Christ Central Church, we take safeguarding very seriously. We are committed to being a place where all people are safe, valued, and respected.

Sunday kids and teen groups are led by volunteers who have been DBS-checked. We worship together first, then children and teens are registered into age-specific groups.

Our policies

A full written safeguarding policy is held by the church office. If you would like a copy, please get in touch and we will send it to you.

Got a safeguarding concern?

If you are worried about the safety or wellbeing of a child, young person, or adult connected with our church, please get in touch with our safeguarding team.

Contact the safeguarding team

Or email us directly at office@ccchurch.uk.

You do not need to investigate. Share what you know, as much or as little as you are able, and we will help you reach the right person.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For non-emergency police, call 101. You can also contact the NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000 for advice about a child.
